Registration Policy


Payment in full is required to reserve your spot in the course. Tickets will also be on sale at the box office! Tickets are non-transferable and is payable by credit card, paypal or cash at the door. Ticket cost covers any and all theater rental and instructor fees. SRTC is not obligated to allow any student to attend a course until SRTC paperwork has been received, reviewed and approved by SRTC.



Cancellation & Refund Policy


All sales for this event are final due to the design and nature of the event.


A full refund will be given if we need to cancel the course for any reason.

SRTC Student Agreement


(Including Assumption of Risks and Agreement of Release of Indemnity)

A course student agreement will be sent to you upon completion of registration. Please sign, return it and read it carefully as it affects your legal rights. Bring the one-page signed document to the first day of the course. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must sign the document as well. Without a signed document, you cannot participate in the course. SRTC course participants, including minors, will have unsupervised free time throughout the course. Any activities during the free time are not part of the SRTC program and are at the sole risk of the participant.


Public Initiative in EMS


What kinds of public outreach efforts are most beneficial to the community? How do we impact the community in a positive manner to better assist our EMS operations? Just two of the larger questions that will be discussed during this 30 minute presentation!

Modern EMS Precepting


How can we be more effective leaders in EMS? How do we scratch the surface of being effective preceptors for the next generation? Just a couple of the questions we will begin to explore as we discuss several different approaches to being modern EMS Preceptors.

Tired of the same old boring learning experiences? Do you like to veg out and watch movies? Then why not join us for a night out! We are launching a unique learning experience that is both interesting and fun! 


The EMS Talks & Chill will boast 3 20-30 minute educational topics that will be conducted in a TED talk format. We are brining in some fantastic presenters from across the area and state to present on some of the latest and greatest advancements in EMS. We also plan to present some controversial topics! 


After the presentation sessions we will relax, network, catch up and watch a movie! Typical movie snacks will be available for purchase at the concession stand! So grab a tub of popcorn, a soda, and maybe some Twizzlers and join us for some great EMS chats! 


Each session will be registered for a minimum of 2 hours of PA State CONED. Anyone wishing to travel in from out of state can also recieve CONED via interstate CONED by Endorsement.  


Course fee covers the venue rental only! Space limited to 60 participants due to rental space restrictions.
